I'm looking to update my handsets. Currently I use a Nokia 8210 for one SIM
and an 8250 for the other. I use them because they're small, fairly tough,
and have more than enough features for basic 'no-frills' use as personal
communications devices.

I noticed that in the Retravison catalogue in today's Sunday Mail, they
had the Motorola A840.  This is a dual band CDMA and dual band GSM phone.
Does anyone know much about these phones?  Are they a primarily a GSM
phone which roams onto CDMA or vice versa?
