I complained early in the week without any satisfaction to ...

I have started to get Service Messages on my 3 phone.  I thought a
Service Message could only be sent by the network provider, but they
obviously aren't.  Today's message says it comes from Victoria:

Nokia N70 Three 3 + MMS + Planet 3 + Internet settings22 May 2006 01:14 GMT3
I have recently moved from Vodafone to 3 with my Nokia N70.  The 3 sim
card works fine and I can make voice calls and send sms.  Unfortunately
I cannot send MMS, access Planet 3 or surf the net as I do not have the
3 settings.
RevTel - a good deal on paper but be wary21 May 2006 20:17 GMT14
I recently was in Australia for 2 weeks and wanted a local low cost
mobile option. Compared all the networks and decided to go with revtel.
At the time it offered $20 credit for $5 and in two weeks the 50c
recharge and 15c a day network fee was not going to be a problem. On
how to record dialup logs? PPC 2003SE21 May 2006 12:14 GMT2
Cannot find software to log duration of each connection made via bluetooth

I do NOT need to log GPRS data. There are several apps** that do that.
I need DURATION of each GPRS connection.
Premium content refunds via cheque rather than carrier billing system21 May 2006 06:25 GMT9
So far two premium SMS companies have offered a refund via cheque. Is
it done this way because it's technically impossible to push a refund
through the carrier billing system, or is it so they don't have to
disclose to the carrier that they're actioning a refund?

iSim charging for incoming?19 May 2006 11:19 GMT2
I've been noticing on my account that incoming calls to my mobile are
being charged a small amount.  0.01c, 0.02c, 0.07c... the amount varies
and is dependent on the time taken for the call.
I've sent them an email but I suggest everyone using iSim check their
Vodafone Mobile Connect Query18 May 2006 20:30 GMT1
I am thinking of buying a notebook and getting the Vodafone mobile connect

Largest wireless operators18 May 2006 11:21 GMT9
There was an article in the paper today about DoCoMo being the world's
second largest wireless operator (based on subscribers I assume).
Who is the largest? I had a bit of a look on Google, but could only find
