How do I enable netmonitor on my nokia 6280.  I have googled without joy.

What does it mean when you ring a phone and the ring tone sounds 'tinny' ?
This often happens when ringing mobiles, for instance.  You know you're not
going to get through, but why is this?

So, is it just my bad luck or are there no UMTS phones with _excellent_
reception yet?
