Are there any "tricks" to setting up one of these style cards, or should
it simply be a case of install the software on the cd, plug in the card
and go.
I got one of these the other day, but I haven't been able to connect to

Need a backup sim (require 3g or GPRS internet connection support as well)
to swap in for regional areas (NSW and Vic). (primary sim is
voda...unsuitable for regional..patchy for calls as is).
Anything prepaid for Telstra?  Second option is Optus, less coverage.

Like Chops from the Telstra pre-paid thread, I too need to replace my
handset.  My account is with B, and the carrier is Optus.  Can I safely buy
a cheapie Optus prepaid?  Or does the B piece of the equation cause
problems?

What's GCDY? I presume GC is Gold Coast, but after that I'm lost...
I wonder if they're trying to upsell me away from the CDMA network...

I dont know anyone else with a 3G video phone.  and the sales droid in
the Vodafone store was unwilling to demonstrate the video call feature.

Is 50501 Telstra's Network ID, or their network operator ID?
I.E. I believe that their GSM network uses this number.  Should the
NextG network be using the same one?

Recently, when taking photos with the Samsung A501 NextG phone, or
taking video clips, when I try to MMS them the phone says "file size too
big" or similar and won't send them.
Now, I can't find any info on what limitations there are with MMS
