rights what does this mean?

The ACCC should f.ck Telstra over by not allowing them to shut the CDMA
system down, on the basis that heaps of those with CDMA handsets were
never told that the CDMA system was going to be shut down by Telstra at
the time that they were conned into buying the CDMA handsets.
