I recently purchased a Belkin USB Blutooth adapter for my PC to enable file transfer to and from my T610 mobile phone. From my PC I can browse files on my phone but an icon appears in the task bar stating that 'Bluetooth network cable unplugged'?

The signal won't make it from my beltclip to my ear... and this is the second unit of each that I've tried. It works fine when the phone is in my shirt pocket. Is this what I should expect from a BT earbud?

I'm planning to buy a Bluetooth headset to use with my T610 because the house we're moving into has very bad coverage on Orange. While on calls, I can then leave my T610 in front of the window to get a better signal while I speak from elsewhere in the house.

your argument works for a product but bluetooth is a protocol. I think its matter of acceptance and making the right products with the protocol. So I m wondering if bluetooth protocol is being moved in the right direction? anyone?
