I have an Acer Ferrari 3000 notebook with bluetooth using a Nokia 6600 phone. This works fine without Nokia software installed. Have heard that Nokia software only works

I tried the Kensington dongle, and it had great WidComm software, but it's too fragile for laptop usage... I tried the 3Com PC card, and the XJack antenna was unobtrusive, but the software absolutely STINKS!

I recently purchased a Sony-Ericsson T608 running the latest software version (it is the only bluetooth phone offered by Sprint) and paired it with a Sony-Ericsson HBH-35 bluetooth headset. Some of time it works okay but often the phone resets itself while I'm on the headset.

What happens if two bluetooth headsets are in range of the base station (e.g. a cell phone)? Will both headsets be able to talk? Or, is there an association/authentication between the headset and the base station?
