T-30026 Jul 2003 18:46 GMT1
Basicly I looking for comments about the Ericsson T-300. There is one
feature the phone doesn't have but would be nice if it did and that is
voice dial.
1st Month Minutes ProRated?26 Jul 2003 17:07 GMT4
My friend signed up for new TMobile service on the 22nd.  Her billing
cycle ends today.  I know that with VZW and SPCS, they prorate plan
minutes from the day you first sign up to the end of the cycle and you
don't get your full allotment of minutes until after the 1st billing
SonyEricsson T610 Ringer Question26 Jul 2003 03:45 GMT1
Does the ringer on the T610 have the option to both ring and vibrate
at the same time? Can you set the ring volume independent of the
vibrate, so you can have vibrate and ring soft, or vibrate and ring
loud?
T-Zones is good, but it needs one more feature....25 Jul 2003 15:22 GMT3
Anyone who is familiar with Sprint's PCS wireless web (and Vision)
knows that the menu's are customizeable.  In other words, they have
templates where the menu order can be set for someone who travels, or
who likes sports, news, or they can be created from scratch.  The menu
How to change plan?25 Jul 2003 14:10 GMT1
Is it possible to change plan from Basic ($19.99) to T-Mobile Internet
($29.99)? Here's my situation: I already have a GPRS phone and I do not
want to shell out $350 for an Aircard. I would just buy a SIM card with
the free phone, take the SIM from the free phone to my GPRS phone, ...
P800 T-Mobile call forwarding problem24 Jul 2003 05:28 GMT2
I have a P800 on T-Mobile (USA). On the Phone > Edit > Preferences > Forward
calls screen it shows all bogus values, and when I try to change them I get
a "Network error (unknown)". The result is that when someone calls me while
my phone is off the network due to lack of signal, ...
t-zones portal for the PPC - on its way to the USA?23 Jul 2003 23:20 GMT3
This might have been discussed here before - but in case not...
I found something interesting a few weeks back on my iPaq Pocket PC while
reading the ntv German news site (connected via BT on T-Mobile GPRS, of
course). It was a neatly formatted German-language portal for Pocket IE:

Did T-Mobile remove BT from the T610?23 Jul 2003 01:53 GMT3
It seems that a feature as important (to me, at least) as Bluetooth
wouldn't be omitted from the 610's list of features on TMO's website,
but it is.  In addition, a bullet in the list specifically states, "PC
synchronization via infrared and/or cable".

AOL IM on Samsung 225M22 Jul 2003 21:40 GMT3
According to the product description, the 225 includes a built-in AOL IM
client.  In order to use this, would the customer need to subscribe to
something in addition to regular voice service?  Specifically, if
someone signs up for the basic $19.99/60 minutes plan, would they be
Cellular GSM coverage in our DC subway system?22 Jul 2003 16:42 GMT4
I live in Washington DC metro area.  I recently bought my new color sidekick
pager.  Which cellular network coverages are available in Metro subway
system?  T-Mobile?  Verizon Wireless?  AT&T Wireless?  When do they plan to
implement GSM/GPRS network in Metro subway system? GSM/GPRS ...
Phone Rebates22 Jul 2003 16:16 GMT3
According to T-Mobile's website, the rebates only apply if you activate
the phone on a plan costing $39.99 per month or higher.  But, while at
Circuit City yesterday, the T-Mobile dude that was there said the
rebates apply regardless of what plan we sign up for.
T610 and GPRS22 Jul 2003 15:17 GMT3
I got a new T610 from T-Mobile this weekend. The phone is great. Much better
than the T68i that it replaced.
Question: The "GPRS available" indicator on the phone is not being
displayed. I see in the manual (and online) that it should work just like
Re: GSM to overtake CDMA in the USA22 Jul 2003 02:39 GMT4
I've been following this thread and I think it's time to clarify things for
everyone here. I'm not trying to cancel the original post, just to get this
post through.
1. GSM, CDMA and W-CDMA have nothing in common when it comes to the RF
