T722i Phone21 Jul 2003 23:53 GMT1
Amazon.com is offering new T-Mobile customers a free (after rebate) Motorola
T722i with camera. Does anyone have any inf. about the phone itself? (I
really don't care about the camera)  Right now I'm month to month with my
service - If I do get the free phone #1 do I get to keep my ...

A service with which you sign on to the web page, and any text messages sent
to your phone would be diverted to your computer.

Unlock Code for R22521 Jul 2003 01:19 GMT1
I aquired a Samsung R225 that has a personal 4 digit lock code
enabled.
I've tried the normal codes of 0000 or 1234 and 1111 but nothing seems
to work.  Is there any back door way of getting around the personal
MNC change in Westchester Co., NY21 Jul 2003 00:17 GMT1
Does anyone know when the MNC change to 310-260 will occur in Westchester
County, NY?  I'm aware of a few rollout dates for NYC and Long Island... but
I have no idea what category Westchester will fit in.  I suppose the change
does not depend on the physical location of the towers, ...
T616 vs 610 on T-Mo20 Jul 2003 03:13 GMT1
Can anyone think of a disadvantage to getting an unlocked Cingular

I can a t616 tomorrow rather than waiting until next week or longer.

New SIM says TMO19 Jul 2003 23:03 GMT6
I got a SIM today that replaces an older Voicestream branded SIM.  My phone
with the VS SIM used to display "T-Mobile".  The new SIM displays "TMO".  I
have 2 other new SIMS that I popped in the phone and one showed "T-Mobile"
and the other showed "TMO".  I placed all four SIMS into ...
Dead Q105 :(19 Jul 2003 18:23 GMT1
Well, my Samsung Q105 finally died, having succumbed to the firmware bug
that prevents it from working (phone locked, return for service.)
Since it's out of warranty, T-Mobile offered to replace it for $70 with a
phone of "equal or better value". Anyone have a clue what phone I ...

T-Mobile SMS Spam/Keyword filters19 Jul 2003 14:12 GMT3
The Spam/Keyword Filters appears to only work for E-MAILS sent to your phone
via tendigitnumber@ tmomail.net.  Is there any way for this to work for SMS
received to the phone via SMSC as well (voice mail alerts, text messages
from other phones, T-Zones alerts)?  After using my phone ...
T-Mobile  is a  nightmare19 Jul 2003 05:52 GMT18
Does anyone have a corporate phone number for T-Mobile in the United
States?  Please don't tell me to call customer service.  I have called
numerous times and I have had 4 replacement handsets.  I am in total
belief that nobody at T-Mobile's customer cares.

If so, please post your settings.  TIA!

Unlocked phones... what's the physical difference17 Jul 2003 23:43 GMT5
Physically, what is the difference between a locked and unlocked phone?
Perhaps I'm under the wrong impression, but I thought that if you had a
T-Mobile phone and wanted to switch to, say, ATTws all you had to do was
get a ATTws SIM card and remove the T-Mobile SIM card.
