Does anyone know when the MNC change to 310-260 will occur in Westchester County, NY? I'm aware of a few rollout dates for NYC and Long Island... but I have no idea what category Westchester will fit in. I suppose the change does not depend on the physical location of the towers, ...

| Unlocked phones... what's the physical difference | 17 Jul 2003 23:43 GMT | 5 |
