WHEW..... BAD Customer Service this morning! 27 Aug 2003 12:38 GMT5
Several months ago I have a T-Mobile phone that was one of 4 on a family plan
STOLEN. (I caught the kid and after he got out of the hospital he went straight
to jail).
In any case, I just got around to buying a new (Nokia 3595) phone and had my
T-mobile Billing Switched from Family time to regular account NIGHTMARE27 Aug 2003 06:44 GMT8
About 4 months ago my wife and I decided to switch from a family time
plan to two different plans.  It better suited our calling needs.
That is when we were informed due to a bug/glitch in t-mobiles system
they would have to cancell our current account and make a new account.
V500?27 Aug 2003 04:31 GMT3
Any idea when the V500/600 will be available and if T-Mobile will be
carrying it?
Coverage Map27 Aug 2003 04:08 GMT2
What happened to the updated coverage map that was posted about a month ago?
Did someone jump the gun & post it prematurely?
Unlocking never-used Treo 180?25 Aug 2003 19:57 GMT3
Just bought on eBay a Treo 180.
Seler represented it as unlocked, without SIM card. Wrong.
It has a Voicestream kit and a Voicestream SIM.
I need to unlock this, or (PITA) send it back and demand a refunf.
Minnesota GPRS Report25 Aug 2003 06:55 GMT1
Friday 8/22 I drove from Minneapolis to Grand Forks, ND on Interstate 94.
GPRS connection for using T-Mobile Internet was totally un-usable.  Many "Web Page Not Found" messages and "DNS Error" ... etc.
T-Mobile's coverage shows this area to be fully supported for GPRS and web ...

How does wireless data work if you are travelling internationally?
What's the difference between ATT, TMO, and Verizon with this service?

Nokia 3650 Questions24 Aug 2003 02:57 GMT1
Here's what happens on my phone:
I have set up the e-mail boxes and they normally work fine.  I found,
however, than after a few weeks, the email setup tends to take a very long
time to update.  Sometimes, it never updates and beeps at me.  So I have to
Number of text messages and unlimited data?23 Aug 2003 18:30 GMT1
I've tried asking T-Mobile this, and gotten different answers every time...
Does the unlimited data add-on also increase the number of text messages
you're permitted?
When I call up, I get told that there's 500 additional messages on top
Nokia 661023 Aug 2003 14:42 GMT1
I picked up an unlocked Nokia 6610 while in Europe.   What a sweet
little phone.  Too bad T-Mobile coverage is so thin in my area that I
have to rely on Verizon.  This phone has everything - small, but not too
small, light, good battery life, great color display - all the bells and
Does anyone use T-Mobile in Knoxville?23 Aug 2003 14:19 GMT2
Sorry, but I'm desperate.  I go back to knoxville in a few days and I'm
at a loss of what to do.  I called T-Mobile twice and they told me that
they cover knoxville through cingular, but there are no Knoxville
T-Mobile stores.  Would it be completely stupid to buy their service
T-Mobile and Nokia 365023 Aug 2003 13:09 GMT7
Anyone have experience with 3650 and T-mobile's T Zone Pro?   Does the phone
have an integrated mini browser or is it strictly data only?  A couple years
back, I had a Motorola phone with Sprint's web access ($5 a month) connected
to my IPAQ.  Except for speed, it worked quite well. ...
New Phone Question23 Aug 2003 05:56 GMT5
I have a completely ancient Nokia (6190) and have been looking to
upgrade. My main problem (besides it sponatenously turning itself off)
is that the reception becomes sh.t indoors; I can have 4 bars outside
and one or zero once I step in the door. I've seen a V60 (different
