I am in the process of evaluating my carrier options as my contract with
sprint has expired. The area that I live, Bristol, CT, has many dead zones
and I frequently have dropped calls. Anyone have service in this area?

I've attempted to replace the LCD and elastomer on my Nokia 8290 (that I
took for a swim once). The replacement has been about halfway successful.
The new LCD is very, very washed out. While this is a great improvement over
the old screen (which was blank), it's still not really ...
