I have a Voicestream Samsung R225 mobile phone which needs to be
unlocked.  If I try to put another sim card into the phone, the
display shows "Wrong Card" which I assumes means that the phone is
locked.  I've tried emailing voicestream(t mobile) to help me get it

retaining customers... there will be such price plans, existing ones
are now grandfathered... So even if you ask, CSRs, and "Special
Account Reps" cannot offer you anything of this variety...

Word is Cincinnati has this plan available now.  It is not on the
