Is T-Mobile the only carrier that offers no-roaming charges?

I just ordered the 6610 from T-Mobile for $35 + tax and a free 3595.
My wife and I have been on the family plan since March, 2001. We're both
still using the original phones. I called to see if I could upgrade the
phones, thinking I wanted the 6610 and was disappointed that others ...

...at least with Cingular.
Apparently they define which areas are GSM (their own or partner's
like T-Mobile) and which are not - TDMA (Cingular or their partner's)
or other, like AMPS, I suppose.

I have a Nokia 3650 and I like using both the TIPIC Messenger and the Agile
messenger software.  However, both stopped connecting sometime last week or
before that.  I was led to believe that this was due to restrictions on
T-Zone that were never enforced until that time, and those ...

I just found out that the internet plans (normal and VPN) are not
offered on calling plans under $29.99.  I was really hoping to use the
phone for mostly internet connections, as I don't need a lot of
minutes.  Any idea how to get around this?

I have a Samsung V-205 and I want to remove the T-Mobile logo.  The
problem is when I set the logo to off, it is still there. I have
downloaded a blank logo, but that still won't remove it.
Is there any way to remove the logo or date and time?

Anyone in here still experience a slowness of sending and receiving

T-Mobile offered me new Nokia 3595s, one on each line, for signing up for a new year.
Nothing was particularly wrong with the 3390s, but the batteries, and maybe the sound,
were getting a little worn.  I like the separate Pickup and Hangup buttons -- no more
accidentally hanging up ...
