day weekends (F,S,S) and another is the ability to add unlimited

Seems like the prices on Ebay are nearly the same as a brand new phone
on the T-mobile web site. I'm interested in the Nokia 6610.
If I buy a phone on Ebay and not from T-Mobile can I avoid having to
