Sony T610 or Samsung v205??19 Nov 2003 03:41 GMT1
Can anybody give me their opinion as to which phone is better choice?
Soundquality is most important. I like the idea of bluetooth on the sony. Any

pictures goes. Ease of use with data cable and pc. ...

Anyone notice WAP over GPRS not working at all this past week?18 Nov 2003 14:39 GMT7
I called and they said it was a "widespread problem" having to do with
the switch to the new WAP billing plans. No ETA to fix.
Have to sign into wap.yahoo.com every time18 Nov 2003 06:28 GMT4
I love having Yahoo access on my phone (email, calendar, address book) but
when I go to T-Zones then wap.yahoo.com, I have to sign in each time. This
is a real pain. I did not have to do this with my Sprint WWW service.
Is the problem my phone (T610), T-Mobile, or Yahoo?

SMS'ing from Europe17 Nov 2003 20:06 GMT4
Hi, does anyone know if there are any extra charges to send a text

I know it will cost extra to make phone calls from there, but I'm not
sure about text messaging.  Thanks.
Service in Gainesville, FL17 Nov 2003 16:39 GMT2
I am thinking of switching carriers.  Can you tell me how the GSM coverage
is in Gainesville & North Florida in general?  Are you satisfied with the
company in general?
Thanks in advance... Bruce
How do they allot the time?17 Nov 2003 11:18 GMT4
I have an account with 50 free messages and I also subscribed to the defunct
2.99 T-Zones which includes 300 text messages. What I don't understand is
how do they figure out 31 goes to the t-zones and 39 goes to the included
pool of 50 (as shown below)?
t-mobile won't let me switch to family plan17 Nov 2003 05:43 GMT5
I called today and asked to switch to the family plan.  They said no
because one of the phones needs to be out of contract.  One phone is
registered to me and the other is registered to my wife.
Do you know anyway around this?  I tried to tell them they would get more
>>>TMobile, T610, Bluetooth: best deal?17 Nov 2003 00:20 GMT2
I can't match my Sprint plan (1300AT nationwide,
hugeN&W, $50), so it's now clear that to get a
Bluetooth phone I have to change services.
Therefore I'm moving to TMobile, but have seen
WAP browsing may be included free on plans now16 Nov 2003 22:30 GMT16
There is some confusion about this, but T-Mo may be including free WAP
browsing with certain, or all, voice plans now.  Check your online
account info for "Included Web Browsing  Free" under the "My Plan and
Services" of My T-Mo.  Then try to log on to some WAP sites via
#646# error16 Nov 2003 21:11 GMT1
Interesting. I just attemped #646# from my Blackberry 7230 (which is on a
large business account). It actually returned a pop-up error box (NOT a test
message), after it had attempted to contact the network, that said
"Business, Corporate and Government accounts cannot use #646#." ...

Internet access16 Nov 2003 03:23 GMT2
I'm confused by the T-Mobile Web site, and the store people I've talked with
don't help much either.  Question: Does the T-Zones service provide
unlimited Web access or are you limited to the sites T-Mobile allows access
to?
