I tried to add a $2.99 data plan to one of my phones last night. It seems that I can no longer do that, because they have new data plans. The cheapest is $4.99. It's the same as the $2.99 plan. OR it's unlimited. Or maybe it doesn't include any text messaging. It seems

I was amazed visiting the web site recently. In the past it looks like it's the resting place of broken html pages, while the billing section showed information from April or so. It is now up to date. The billing section is accurate, and almost real-time.
