Porting from Sprint with 4 lines family plan?19 Dec 2003 18:33 GMT8
Hello crowd!
It's been a long time since I was thinking moving on from Sprint service.
Main reason to move: World Phones for traveling... Now that I can port my
numbers, I think I may be ready to actually do something about it :-).
Forward t-Mo to t-Mo fore free?19 Dec 2003 13:52 GMT3
I was thinking of replacing my home phone service with a T-Mobile line
(switching to a family plan). The home # would be set to forward to the
mobile # when busy or no answer.
Is there a way to do this so my account doesnt get charged 2 times for the
Nokia 6610 vs Motorola V6619 Dec 2003 12:54 GMT11
In comparing these two phones the only two things I care about are the RF
performance ability to pull or hold a signal in a poor signal area and the
second thing is the quality/volume of sound coming from the phone to my ear.
Opinions from those of you have used both please
Can you use your ISP instead of t-zones?19 Dec 2003 04:57 GMT20
Can a wap enabled phone be used to dialup my ISP and access wap sites? I
assume that this will burn minutes instead of gprs data.

T-Mob in the dumps again19 Dec 2003 01:46 GMT5
Here in Seattle (the home of T-mobile) we are at a screaming rate of
900 Bps on the GPRS system. Its been slowing down for the past week
now. Voice has bad echo on it. CS says their aware of the problem but
not sure when "or if" it will be resolved.
new tzones user has a few questions18 Dec 2003 19:07 GMT6
I got my Nokia 6610 and my 4.99 unlimited tzones.
I was reading around here that there may be a way to connect my pocketpc to
the phone to at least get tzones on the screen.  Is this true?
I am not necessarily looking for unlimited browsing service, but actually
Enhanced Voicemail available on plans less than $39.99?18 Dec 2003 14:12 GMT11
T-Mobile mentions on their website that Enhanced voicemail is available at
no charge on plans above $34.99/month (which is marketing lingo I guess for
ensuring most customers who want free voicemail use their $39.99/month
plan).

T-Zones Questions18 Dec 2003 00:44 GMT1
There's been a million of these, I realize, but I couldn't really
find what I was looking for.
I just upped my plan to the T-zones for free thing. I've found
that I can access some wap pages that I find on search engines to
Signal Jamming in Resturants17 Dec 2003 22:58 GMT2
I did a deja news search of this group looking for a previous post about the FCC
Regulation concerning jamming a signal and the penalty associated with it. Deja
did not have anything. Does anyone have the regulation and fine for doing this?
Thanks

account but will have to upgrade phone
Regional Plan and Long Distance17 Dec 2003 09:02 GMT4
My brother has a family plan with T-Mobile in another region.
I was told by cust care that he could call me while I am in my region using
his unlimited T/m to T/m for free
and I would incur just minutes used from my bucket of minutes.
