I know that sending pictures through the phone to an email/phone would cost
$.25 or included through the Picture Messaging feature.
But I wanted to know. Can a picture be sent through the pop3 on a phone and
not be counted as a picture message, but rather an email?

Does anyone know a phone that has a web browser?  I don't mean a PDA with a
phone.  I have a friend that has a Sprint phone and he can browse the
Internet from his phone.
