I've been a 2+ year family ($69.99) customer with T-Mobile. We've rarely used more than 300 minutes out of our pool of 800. Today on TV I saw that there's a new $49.99 family plan and decided to ring up customer service.

| Wow, this is the worst customer service I've ever encountered (long) | 10 Mar 2004 04:35 GMT | 19 |
I have to pass my story on to the utter complete and useless customer service I have had from T-Mobile in the past couple of weeks. I suppose part of it is my fault for actually believing the T-Mobile local reps, and the reps on the phone, but that's supposed to be their

| Deals for existing customers? | 10 Mar 2004 04:28 GMT | 9 |
It seems that T-Mobile never offers deals on phones for their existing customers. I've been a customer of them since 2000 and would like a new phone. Are the phones and rebates that they sell on the site available to existing customers or just new customers who activate an ...

It seems the Nokia 3595 is the only phone T-Mobile (USA) sells that works on GSM800 (850). Do you know of plans for more? If not, any suggestions for an unlocked phone for 800/1900? Thanks.

| Motorola phone book recognition | 06 Mar 2004 18:13 GMT | 1 |
For some reason my network switch sometimes adds a +1(areacode) prefix on incoming calls and always on incoming text. Because of this the phone doesn't match the caller with the entry in my phone book and display the name, since it seems to be trying to match the entire
