Nokia 6010 supports 800MHz?31 May 2004 15:15 GMT2
At phonescoop the new Nokia 6010 claims to support 800MHz. Is this a sign
that T-Mobile finally will start supporting 800/850 in order to increase
thier coverage in the US? Frankly I don't see why T-Mobile only supports
1900MHz.  Is there any reason for this?
US -> UK SMS?31 May 2004 15:15 GMT12
It looks likely that I'll become a U.S. T-Mobile customer in
July (if I don't find anything off-putting in the terms and
conditions of their unlimited GPRS plan).  Will T-Mobile let
me send SMS messages to their U.K. customers? If so, do they

for a long time.
I'm now in California, and over here, even if I don't use the phone

Nokia 6310i24 May 2004 13:15 GMT10
Does anyone have any idea if T-Mobile will be offering the Nokia 6310i in
the foreseeable future?
It looks like a very nice phone, but quite pricy if I have to buy it on the
open market.
GSM Phones Sold on E-Bay in UK24 May 2004 05:31 GMT14
I have been watching E-Bay for Nokia 6310i phones for the last two weeks.
On a regular basis, I see phones being sold in the UK that indicate that,
while the phones are unlocked, they can not be used inside the UK.
This makes me very suspicious.  Does anyone know what the story is?  ...
Prepaid SIM Cards in Mexico24 May 2004 00:56 GMT4
I am a new t-mobile subscriber.  I called 611 and asked about roaming in
Playa del Carmen, Mexico, as I'm going there this summer.
She said I could roam, but it's kind of expensive $1.49/minute.  She
suggested that a better way to go would be to buy a prepaid sim card from
