Does T-Mobile have any plans to upgrade their GPRS service to faster speeds? AT&T and Cingular's GPRS service seem to allot faster then T-Mobile's service, and of course the Sprint and Verizon 3G networks seem to kick a.s over T-Mobile's. I think this is the one area I see them ...

Today I tried to send a request to simunlock@t-mobile.com and it got bounced. Is there a new email address I need to send to or is it better to talk to CS? How long does it normally take to unlock (i) thru email and (ii) by talking to CS? I am with T-mobile for 5 months.
