Has anyone here traveled to Argentina with a GSM phone?  What kind of
coverage did you get?  Was it widespread enough to be convenient?
What about roaming?  What about purchasing a local SIM?

Does T-Mobile have any plans to upgrade their GPRS service to faster speeds?
AT&T and Cingular's GPRS service seem to allot faster then T-Mobile's service,
and of course the Sprint and Verizon 3G networks seem to kick a.s over
T-Mobile's. I think this is the one area I see them ...

support.  The script-reading program failed miserably to interpret my
question :)

Today I tried to send a request to simunlock@t-mobile.com and it got
bounced. Is there a new email address I need to send to or is it
better to talk to CS? How long does it normally take to unlock (i)
thru email and (ii) by talking to CS? I am with T-mobile for 5 months.

Umm, where is the volume control on this phone?  I can't seem to find
any info on it, and it is extremely loud to use in certain public
situations.

My Nokia 5190 is finally giving up the ghost, forcing me to buy a new phone.

1.  World Phone (900/1800/1900;  850 GSM would be nice, just in case

Is it possible to clone a sim card? I would like to have a duplicate of my tmo
sim to put in a cheap backup phone which I would use in cases where it could
easily get lost or broken, leaving the expensive phone home. Switching out the
