T-Mob / Edge?29 Jun 2004 23:15 GMT4
I know I've asked this before, but anyone know if t-mobile's going to roll
out EDGE over their GPRS network?  I just got a nifty GC82 GPRS/EDGE card -
it's very nice, but the added speed of EDGE would be nice... anyone heard
anything about dates/schedules?  Is it even committed to?  ...

Just wondering if I missed something.

Legacy non "World Class" roamers beware24 Jun 2004 14:25 GMT1
I don't know if they're just picking on me, but on this month's
statement which I just received they billed all my international
roaming wrong.  They billed me with the "World Class" rates and I have
the legacy rates that were in affect before WC rates.  Consequently
Some silly Nokia 3595 questions...24 Jun 2004 08:18 GMT4
Picked up a T-Mo EasySpeak branded 3595 at Target today (for $59.99
straight- no rebates required- not a bad deal for a spare "cheapie"
phone with GPRS, IMHO.)
Silly question #1: Anyway to stop the god-awfully loud power-on
SMS/GPRS in Europe23 Jun 2004 14:51 GMT2
I'm going to Europe this summer and bringing my T-Mobile phone. While in
Europe should I use the SMS and GPRS numbers that I use to connect here
or should I be using something more local? For example, SMS uses
+12063130004 and GPRS uses *99#, will I use these in Europe?
Delivery confirmation for SMS23 Jun 2004 14:04 GMT4
I use Treo 600 which does not have options for sms delivery confirmation. I
have heard that on some other carriers, you can type *R* or *N# or *0# at
the beginning of a text message to get the service.
I've tried them all to no avail. Does anyone have any clue on what is

Unfortunately, we are unable to process your request at this time
