Not that I like to complain, but I'm in Akron, Ohio and have a friend in
Cleveland and at present neither of us can make or receive calls on our
phones.  He says GPRS is working but voice is completely nonexistant.  
When we make calls our phones say System busy with about 11 ...

Is there anyway to push the techs to fix a problem in the Ocean City,
NJ area?  This problem happened a week ago and a work order is pending
but nothing seems to get done.  T-Mobile knows it is a problem but I
guess not enough people are complaing enough to move it higher up the

Hello. I am trying to set up this service. I have added "unlimited
internet" to my account.
T-Mobile's Internet Manager would not detect my t39 over bluetooth,
even though it connects otherwise just fine.

I talked to my friendly T-Mobile rep today.  She said that the Motorola V600
will be offered starting in June.  I wonder if that means they will be

Are there any configuration parameters that can be used to increase
the GPRS throughput for a motorola V66 phone?
I'm currently getting download speeds of 33-45 kbps.
I've seen reports as high as 92 kbps for an audiovox RTM-8000 modem
