Increasing T610 Signal Strength: Can It Be Done?31 Dec 2004 05:51 GMT6
I have a T610 on T-Mobile, and I love the phone to death except for one
thing: The reception in my apartment is just terrible. I live in New York
City, one of T-Mo's biggest markets, so it's not a lack of coverage
problem. 80% of the time when I get calls while I'm at home, they ...
T-Mobile USA prepaid promotion?28 Dec 2004 00:12 GMT11
In early November I saw an article in this group about T-Mobile USA

Since then, there's been no further update.

New T-Mobile phones work with foreign T-Mobile SIM cards?24 Dec 2004 22:00 GMT7
Interesting:
I got a new Nokia 6010 from a T-Mobile USA store, put a T-Mobile Germany SIM

Siminn Iceland SIM in, but this one got rejected.  So, assume that the phone
"Best" phone for coverage/reception24 Dec 2004 00:48 GMT1
I am thinking about upgrading to a new phone.  Not interested in ANY
bells or whistles (camera, ringtones, pretty design) just want
something that gives the best reception/hearing possible.
Any recommendations?

Thanks!
three-day weekends is (are?) back!18 Dec 2004 06:41 GMT9
They're offering the Friday<->Sun three day plan (600 "anytime", plus
unlimited weekend)  again. Same $39.95 as last time (which, with all the
various taxes and quasi-tax/add-ons totals, in NYC, about $50).
Last time there was initially an option to, for a few dollars ($5?) to get ...

T39m GPRS WAP ?14 Dec 2004 11:45 GMT2
Pardon the basic questions, but can a T39m be set up to work with
T-Mobile WAP and GPRS services, and what subscriptions are available or
required to be able to send/receive email and view web pages?
I have used the T-Mobile site to send an OTA update to my T39m, which

I called t mobile, and they told me that once I activated a new line,
