Okay is anyone else just getting tired of T-Mobile's Customer Care? I
realize that the longer hold times were attributed to the hurricanes that
hit Florida and their need to close several call centers...are they open
again? Another thing who in here has ever had to escalate to ...

Tmobile's being stubborn about letting me upgrade my phone for a
reasonable price, so I was wondering if I buy a prepaid Tmobile phone
and swap my SIM for the prepaid SIM, will it work?

I have a Motorola V600, and we're trying to use DataViz's RoadSync java
application to connect to our corporate server. However, we seem to be
blocked trying to use Port 443 (the SSL port).

Many companies advertise alternate cell phone antennas (antennae?) that
supposedly are more useful in weak signal situations than the factory
provided one. Has anybody here tried them with Moto V330 and can swear
by them?

probably not get a signal at my home, located between hills. Even T-Mo's
coverage map shows it as a gray area. Then I was pleasantly surprised

I am currently a Verizon Wireless customer and really like VZW's GetItNow
service with their weather radar. Does TMobile have a similar service?
