Just got the MDA, and I'm still getting used to it. (I used a Treo 600
before.)
Ringtones aren't a huge priority for me, but the ones available are very
limited, and the T-mobile site doesn't offer any for this phone.

My phone is starting to show and act its age.
I want the largest possible screen, numbers, and buttons.  There
don't seem to be any/many "candy bar" phones available with the
newer features.

why oh why do all the cell phone companies here in the USA charge for
receiving calls on thier networks this didnt happen to me back in England i
think this is a damned con meself and the US government should step in and
stop it any other this practice

My wife and I are on the (no longer being offered) Family Time 400
plan. We want to upgrade our phones. The local t-mobile
dealers/resellers all said we'd have to change to a more expensive plan
to upgrade our phones. However, it seems by doing it via the t-mobile

are able to access wap with  a downloaded application. ie: opera web

I activated the paperless billing last year, but all it showed online
was the total $ amount of my bill for each month. They don't show

Starting about a month or so ago, every time I get a voicemail, and then
delete the VM, and hang up, I get a text message coming from "0", that's all

It looks like T-Mobile has changed their International Roaming page so those
of us that are on the old international roaming plan can no longer lookup
our rates.
I talked to Customer Service today, and they claimed that I could find this

I have a T-Mobile SDA which runs Windows Mobile 2005.  I use bluetooth.
I have created a voice tag for my wife.  It wasn't good.  I deleted
and recreated it.  Now I have two voice tags that it recognizes for my
wife, but only one dials.  Per T-Mobile support, I deleted the voice
