can work from.  A problem I ran into was working at a library I had
internet access but could not connect to my company VPN (which I must
do to connect to remote desktops).  I'm assuming the library has

Dash, MDA or Blackberry 8700..14 Mar 2007 23:21 GMT3
I'm torn between the above 3.  I need PDA-type functions in my phone
because I don't want to buy a new PalmOS device.  I thought the 8700
might work for me, but I've heard that there is no Java VM for it (tho
the websites I've read say different) and T-Mobile is blocking apps

I am considering upgrading my Samsung low end for a new one.  What is the
best phone in terms of quality not bells and whistles.  I want a phone that
has good reception.  It doesn't need a camera etc.  All I do is make phone
calls.  I have had this phone for almost 3 years and it ...

Can I block my cell number from showing up on Caller ID the way I can

My B*llshit Odyssey with T-Mobile Rebates07 Mar 2007 19:52 GMT1
I bought the T-Mobile Dash with qualifying $100 rebate. Their sales
man told me over the phone that I needed to sign up for a data plan
but could drop it after receiving the rebate. I signed for their $30/
month additional data plan to my $30/month voice plan. After 8 weeks
ques about using newer SIM05 Mar 2007 19:49 GMT1
I've got an original Omnipoint SIM in my phone
which generally works fine, but is limited to a

Dumb Questions/Assistance Please03 Mar 2007 19:09 GMT19
I'm getting ready to get my first cell phone and I've pretty much

local store and was told I could use any GSM cell phone but if I don't
get it from them I'll have to pay for a $50 activation kit.  Are the
