The folks at my local T-Mobile store are telling me that even with a WiFi-enabled phone (e.g., the Dash), one has to pay the extra monthly fee for a data plan to use the thing in an Internet café. True? What about about if I get it unlocked for use in Europe with a pre-paid SIM
