I am not yet a CallPlus Prepaid user, but I'm working on becoming one.  I
have been a TracFone user for almost 2 years and I thought I understood
prepaid systems pretty much until I heard about CallPlus.
Some basic questions I still have about CallPlus are:

I recently revived my dad's old Motorola carphone unit (AMPS/TDMA), and its
apparently locked, and he doesn't remember the unlock code (in fact, he
claims he never set one up) and none of the codes I tried work.  Is there
some sort of master reset function that can be done?  Thanks ...

Can someone possibly tell me where to get this free? I can find it all over
the net but I grudge paying the prices they charge and the previews are all
in mp3 format.
Or is it possible to use an mp3 as a ringtone or convert an mp3 to midi?

FYI, I took my attws Nokia 6360 (TDMA tri-mode) phone to
Cancun/Playacar last week, and to my surprize, I received a call! (I
took it only to have at the airport on my return, but switched it on
for grins while riding to my hotel).

Signed up this morning on the National Do-Not-Call Registry and noted that
they accept cell phone numbers.  Geeze, does this give the green light to
the telescum to start calling unregistered cell phones???
