If you are coming from overseas, and plan on using Locus or CallPlus,
I would recommend you by airtime first before coming, unless you know
you can get cards/kits in stores locally.

I have service with AT&T with a  Siemens SX56 phone.  Over the past few months
I have been receiving phone calls, 30-60 per day, which are identified as
