With the JD Powers issues comes up the subject of random poles.  For the
purpose of public consumption whenever a pole is done (especially if the
results are released) we are told the people selected for the pole were
randomly selected from the general population.

 I don't have much of a choice using qwest. right now I am using a motorola
v60i it is having garble problems like my last one. it is a known problem.

My company just switched corporate apartments in Jersey City.  Although
there is a tremendous amount of coverage in the area, reception is terrible
in the new building.
Last apartment was on 4th floor in wood frame building, more "inland".

I'm currently in the market for a new carrier, and rates seem to have gone

portability ruling goes into effect next month.

I was wondering if anyone has had success with SMS between cingular in the
US and Orange in India.  Also, what are the additional costs associated
