On May 1st WapTunnel has posted a statement that they have lost their ISP. They also say they MAY be back in June. If they do they will have a new IP address which will require reprogramming of everyones phone. Lets hope they make it back. They saved alot of folks alot of money. ...

Has anyone heard of this company? I understand that rates are quite good. Lots of unlimited, free long distance, no roaming, etc. I also understand it is just for businesses. I cannot find any information on them and wanted to know if anyone else has heard of them.

Tracfone will not honor their so called 30 day money back guarantee. So if you get one you cannot turn it back in! Also tech support is basically non existent. Customer service is lousy. So far three days since "activation" and no service at all.
