What PDA can be used to make phone calls? Is the reception good? Is it okay to use? I know it's a bit bigger than regular cell phone. But one less item to carry is good too. Can it do mp3, voice recording, camera, and GPS?

My new Verizon Samsung A-650 phone has ended up with poorer reception (can hear every-other-word) or poor voice quality (sounds like I'm talking to Neil Armstrong on the moon) It's much harder to get 100% signal with this phone versus my old trusty NexTel i60c
