types into two.
The final name for cingular prepaid is GoPhone.

I work at a small, rural non-profit. A cell tower representative
approached us recently. They were scouting out locations to build a
cell tower. I'm sure a lot of things go into selecting a location. We
seem to meet all the criteria. Suitable land at a given elevation

Is there a way to check, including online, if the ESN is "clear" before buying an used cell phone
from someone or on the Web?

i.e. Does the SIM just have an account number or SIM numbere that links to the
provider's DB where the phone number resides.... or is the phone number actually
burned into the SIM?
