I currently have Sprint, 4 phones sharing 2000 minutes. 3 phones are in area code 919(NC), one is in 404 (GA). But Sprint coverage is bad at my daughters new college (UNC Chapel Hill) so I want to switch. (Contract has expired, I'm on month to month.)

| How does cellular technology affect phone cost? | 21 Jul 2005 05:49 GMT | 5 |
There are many low cost phones under $50, and many that cost $100 to almost $300 dollars. So my question is what is it in the technology or electronics of the phone that can allow for the difference in cost?
