T-Mobile says that the pay-as-you-go plan includes all domestic LD charges, and such. Are the minutes deducted from my account at a 1-to-1 ratio? If I have 200 minutes remaining, I should see 200 minutes of talk time, yes?

Is there any software that allows you to send/receive sms messages from a CDMA bluetooth phone? I know that CDMA Pocket PC Phones can send/receive SMS messages but I have yet to see anything for those that use Bluetooth to join their Pocket PC's to the net.
