When I'm writing SMS in Russian, and I want to move to English, I got bunch
of languages, is there any option to remove them and just keep the English
and Russian?

I get calls from this number. There's nothing on the other end when I
pick up, and when I call back I hear "We're sorry; you have reached a
number that has been disconnected or is no longer in service. TWT 5"
Does anyone know what this is?
