I need to switch from Cingular's TDMA to somebody's GSM and need a new
plan and phone. Concerning the phone, how is Nokia 6030? (My previous
experience is with 6650 (tdma), and 6610 / 6100 overseas. If  6030 is
of comparable quality I can live with it.)

On Verizon Wireless, I am charged by the minute for the small amount
of data usage I make (Primarily HetItNow Accuweather).  In the past,
I've also tethered it to my laptop via a data cable and been charged
by the minute.
