I recently received my first cellular bill, and was quite shocked by
the total amount due. OK, so it included the activation fee.. but $15
of fees and surcharges?!

Seems like the problem with the keys on 2 of my Nokia candy bar phones is some
sort of black-ish gunk on the silver-colored surface that touches the gold spots
on the circuit board when keys are pressed.
I've had some success with a Q-tip and a little fine-weight automotive ...

I'm in New York City. I have T-Mobile $39.99 plan. 600 any
minutes with free weeknights and free weekends. Add the
taxes, it's $51 per month. Too expensive for a poor college
kid. But it's next lower plan at $29.99 has only 300
