is anyone aware of any cell phones in the market that offers true hands-free voice-activated usage? I'm not talking the type where you have to reach up to the earpiece to toggle the voice functions (i.e. Bluetooth, etc.) or snap something on the cable. I'm looking for one

I have Verizon Wireless mobile phone service in the United States. I will be spending a week in Vancouver, B.C., Canada. Verizon charges . 69 cents a minute for all calls while roaming in Canada and another 49 cents a minute for calls to a US #.

Is it possible to buy a sim card for an individual EU country (Czech Republic, Austria, Germany) which permits unlimited GPRS data usage? I have an unlimited data plan on my U.S. cell phone - surely there is a way to do this in the EU as well?
