A newbie here in need of some advice. I'm well behind in terms of mobile phone technology. I hear you can ge sat nav on quite a few models of mobile phone now? I need a present fo someone and hope you can help and explain a few things.

I was of the opinion that bundling device and service is illegal. So why can a cellular provider bundle phones and service? How is it legal that a phone which belongs to a customer works only with a particular service provider?

I'm going to small claims court tomorrow to sue Sprint Nextel for failing to refund the cost of a cell phone I returned to them within the 30-day guarantee period (indeed, I returned it the day I received it, without even opening it).

Read elsewhere about my buggy moto E815's poor internet service dropping data calls left and right. The E815 firmware sucks. Alltel has replaced my E815 with three phones, ending up this morning with a new ROKR for $150 more money.
