So why can a cellular provider bundle phones and service?
How is it legal that a phone which belongs to a customer works only

Read elsewhere about my buggy moto E815's poor internet service
dropping data calls left and right.  The E815 firmware sucks.
Alltel has replaced my E815 with three phones, ending up this
morning with a new ROKR for $150 more money.
