Hello There:
I have been thinking about changing my cingular cellular for a prepaid
(NET10?) phone because

Oops! The Samsung Sync went thru the washer.  I like the phone, but is it
worth having someone look at it?  It appears to be perfect, but won't turn
on, or indicate it is being charged.  Maybe I should try to open it myself?

I see no need to get a cellphone.  I only get a few calls a month on
my home phone, and besides the home phone being cheaper, I need a home
phone line for my internet (no other connections available in this
rural area).

What are the main Advantages / Disadvantages and differences of CDMA
vs GSM Cellular systems. Is one comparably better then the other?
