From what I have been able to find out so far, most (maybe all?

from them.  I do not want a data plan.  In fact, I only need a ver
basic voice plan, but I want a phone that is wifi capable.

I got tracfone ,  a acquaintance of mine has got verizon.  I can get txts
from her but she claims she cannot get any from me.  Yet I can txt to others
even on other networks.  Coulld it be that her inbox is so full that no new
txts are accepted until she deletes them?

Ok $700 has been wasted on an iPhone that went south with the cellular
function.  Dead!  But the ear phone stil works ... but once I tied to
iTunes and upgraded it no longer would work without "activating" the
phone with AT&T.
