Apparently can't sign up for cingular service online without agreeing to a 2
year contract, which is unacceptable. Any way to get no contract? Or at
least a 1 year?

If I knew the unlock code for a 6340i can I do this my self or does it have
to be SENT to my phone.  If I unlock my 6340i will it still be a   five way
phone or will it be just gsm. And how do they keep the unlock code so secret

   I am looking to get a hold of a Nokia 3560 (TDMA) phone.  Here in
the Detroit, Michigan area, everything is going to GSM and you cannot

OK, today I had a call with Cingular and they told me if I want to pay my
bill on line that I have to subscribe to a $3.99 service a month.  Cingular
wants me to pay them to save them money to save processing a bill.
Is this true?  Or did I get this wrong?  Can someone here help me ...

Since I seem to contstantly be monitoring cingular.com to see the
second the offer GSM phones in my area I came across that they have
seriously dropped the prices of their TDMA handsets in the San Antonio
area and probally it's likely that in other tdma areas too The v60 is

I bought a Motorola V60T phone, and Cingular said that they will not
activate a non GSM phone on the Cingular network. The was original activated
on Cingular, strange, are they pulling my leg.
