Regarding the T62U from Cingular- Has anyone had any billing problems?  
The sales man I talked to today claimed that the reason no multi-band
phones were being sold in the West Coast was because Cingular can not

The voicemail on my 2 Cingular phones has stoped working properly. When
someone calls me and I don't answer they get a recording that states "The
number you dialed is not a working number. Please check the number and dial
again."

I have been reading this news group for several months now and have still

The skinny: My mom needs a phone for a 2 week camping trip in the
boonies of CA.  I know for certain two things about the area: GSM
coverage no, AMPS coverage yes.  CDMA and TDMA I don't know.

500 anytime minutes and 5000 N/W minutes for $39.99 per month with
Rollover and No Roaming.  When I signed up, I went with the 350

Who is the annoying sounding female voice that does the commercials
for Cingular? She does the commericals that you hear when you are on
hold. Her voice really makes my skin crawl.

I have browsed the forum and not seen this issue posted elsewhere, so here
goes:
I've had my 6340 for quite some time now (since early 2003) and it has
started freezing up. Most often when I dial a number it just sits there. The

I received a Nokia 6340i from Cingular that was supposed to be 'activated'.
On placing calls, I get the 'this number is not recognized as and
authorized...'.
