I have a friend that already has a cell tower on his building. The provider wants to add a second tower for WCDMA and extend the lease 15 years. Anyone on this site have an idea what that would be worth. He is currently getting $1200 a month for one tower with a 10 year lease.

does cingular charge extra to send messages while i am in canada, if my home plan is upstate new york? logical reasoning is that they wont but i just wanted to make sure-i will be in a remote area where the closest major city is kingston, ontario-do they have gsm service there?

I was just wondering when the GSM network from Cingular will be here in Dallas and also if they will be shipping out new phone for GSM. Also, I have signed a 2-year contract for my v60 in January 2003, if they do come out with new phones for GSM, can I still upgrade to the new GSM
