Was told today that the V400 has a recall on it for the buzzing with a headset problem. Also, Motorola is aware of a problem with battery life. My battery lasts no more than 20 hours even if I don't make a call... Check for the following on your box:

OK, How cool is that - on monday 16 th of feb the customer care of Cingular will not work - coz it's a holiday. BUT the minutes you will use will be taken out of your peak minutes. So what - everyone is off but not Cingular's

I had a Nokia 5190 with an analog module using Cingular GSM and analo in rural ares. It worked fine but is very bulky with the module on it I live in North Carolina and I bought an unlocked Nokia 6340i and pu the SIM card from the 5190 in it. It works on digital but won't wor

I've just picked-up a Motorola V400 and added Cingular's Internet Express service to my account. After spending some very painful time on the phone with Cingular customer service I'm stll very lost as to how to set-up the phone for wireless internet service.

This isn't clear from the web info (at least to me!); but if I sign a deal for 2 lines on the Familyshare GAIT / Cingular Nation plan, can I drop one of the lines before the 2 years is up without a penalty? I believe other carriers consider this a "plan change" and not an early ...

I just got a new GAIT phone (Nokia 6340i) and am curious to know if there's a way to tell which network it choose for a particular call. I'm not concerned about changing it or forcing it or anything, just interested in knowing whether I'm GSM, TDMA or Analog. What the heck.

We spilled something on our Nokia 6340i and it quit working. Cingular wants us to pay $120 for a new phone. Do we have any other options? Is it possible to buy reconditioned phones or repair this? Thanks.
