It's tedious to type in all my contacts and their numbers when I'm getting a new phone. So I'm looking for phones that can grab its numbers from Microsoft Outlook or other PC phonebooks. What are some of the options out there for this? How good are they?

Does the v400 support searching through the address book by typing in more than one letter to narrow down the name selection? In other words typing in "C" gets you to names begginning with C, then typing H narrows the seach to names beginning with CH, then "U" would

I have an old nokia 3595 that I purchased shortly before the new ones came out that had the ability to instant message using the AIM network. Will I be able to upgrade the firmware to get the ability to have IM available on the menu?
