I am looking into buying a SIM from Ebay, and I see that some that are for
sale work "Nationally" with the exception of California, Oregon, Washington

I'm moving to Texas in a couple of weeks.  I was hoping to upgrade my
cellular service to a Cingular Nation GSM plan, but didn't have a GSM
phone and haven't been under contract long enough to get a deal on a
phone upgrade from Cingular.

I need some help understanding different Motorola phones. I just got
back from the Cingular store, where they showed me the v400 and
