How is Cingular GSM coverage in the Boston area; especially on the South

OK...I was a T-Mobile subscriber for like 5 months and had finally had
it with no coverage at my house so I'm gonna pay the ETF  and not take a
vacation.

I have a Siemens S56 phone.  I used to have GPRS working (in fact it was
displayed on the phone), I even enabled a GPRS modem connection via ir to my
laptop with some Siemens software.  Then, I signed up for MediaWorks and

When I signed the contract for my Cingular plan, I believe it was for 500
anytime minutes, 3000 night / weekend minutes, and the sales person "added"
150 anytime minutes / month "in the bucket".  I recently noticed those

     I'm currently on the GAIT Plan (out of KC MO) so that I have coverage
in SW Wisconsin (Baraboo, Reedsburg, Mauston,) where we travel frequently to
visit relatives.
     The current GSM Nation map shows no coverage in this area. Currently I

Good morning. I have ben a cingular customer for over 1.5 years on the
prefered nation plan. I would like to  know since that isn't available any
more what happens to mine.  Am I still under the restrictions of the
prefered nation or has it been changed to the nation gsm?  Thanks.

I'm on a Cingulat Nation GSM plan, was wondering if I'll be able to get any
sort of coverage in the Toronto area.. (the Cingular coverage maps are USA
only, so I have no idea what happens when you cross the border)

My new GSM phones (we have 3) all generate some sort of RF
interference every hour or so. If you are near a computer, radio,
or any device with a speaker you hear a "beep, beep...beep, beep,
beep...beep, beep". I don't want to tell you what this sounds like

I work in customer service for cingular, the two are still completely
different companies, you will roam off of what ever tower you are
closest to regaurdless of the carrier.  The v400's do have some known
product advsiories if your having problems with it, just have it
